Welcome to the Commercial Hotel, Burghead, owned and operated by the Slater family of Burghead. Stewart and Marie took over ownership of the Hotel in April 2003 and have since carried out extensive cosmetic work throughout to enhance the facilities and make the stay of visitors a much more enjoyable experience.
There are 6 Rooms to let, each with EnSuite facilities and all decorated to the highest standard in June last year.
The Hotel is situated on the corner of the main street in Burghead at the top end of the town near the old Pictish Fort, a stones throw from the local shops and a minutes walk from the harbour and the golden sands of the Burghead beach, which stretch all the way round in a crescent shape to Findhorn. The Commercial Hotel Burghead is approximately six miles from Lossiemouth and nine miles from Elgin, the main market town in Moray. This is truly a beautiful part of the Moray Firth, with a lot to offer the visitor. and our hotel accomodation is the ideal base to explore all parts of Moray.
